Who We Are
Assured Wellness was established in 2018 with the goal of promoting optimal health, safety, and quality for the residents and community as a whole. We are located conveniently in St Paul, near Interstate 94 and close to downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Our assisted living facility offers the accommodations of a home and the care of a skilled nursing home. We enjoy helping our residents as we witness how they live their life under our care and supervision. We work closely within our residents’ care plan to achieve the most independent yet safe lifestyle possible.
What We Do
We provide a healthy and nurturing environment for our residents. We ensure that they are all well taken care of so their loved ones can have the peace of mind they deserve. Our staff is dedicated and qualified to perform the high-quality services we offer. We value every resident’s welfare, which is why we put their needs on top of our list. We are currently restricting visitors into our home to essential personnel only, with the exception of compassionate care situations, such as end-of-life.
